The social capacity building and empowerment seeks out women and girls with endometriosis to create hope, developmental aspirations, self-sustainability such as talent identification and development.

In this, we focus on challenge-solution orientation in society. Operational target is putting an end to endometriosis based discrimination, establishment of endometriotic women and girls self-help groups helping the ever growing number of desperate victims, capacity building to girls that have dropped out of school due to endometriosis as well as promotion of creativity and innovation in “hands on” perspective and generic talents, skills and abilities development.
