ECCU in its lobbying and advocacy programme, also emphasises mobilization of government arms of justice and legal affairs, as well as government (ministries, commissions and departments), civil society organizations and other stakeholders, world over, in formulation, modification and implementation of  the laws, policies and regulations that promote, protect, defend and preserve the plight of women and girls living with endometriosis.

Our participation is to strengthen policy advocacy by Women and girls focusing organizations and members of the women and girls with endometriosis movement generally as well as increase awareness about women and girls with endometriosis and inclusive approaches among policy makers and implementers.

In fulfillment of our mandate, we consider joining consortiums in regard to women and girls empowerment, protection of their rights, and self-help capacity building.
We also Engage private agencies to tap their corporate responsibility that would intervene in care and relief offered to our members.
To get down to the ground, ECCU Ensures local and national ownership of the programmes of Endometriosis Care Centre Uganda where social participation is enhanced for sustainable development.
